Golden Palace puts women’s sport in the spotlight

Every year, International Women's Sports Day reminds us of an obvious truth that still deserves to be stated: sport is also played by women. Behind the performances, competitions and victories lie journeys shaped by discipline, perseverance and balance. Realities that are often less visible, because they are built away from the spotlight, in everyday life. Talking about women's sport means shining a light on these demanding paths, these constant commitments and these inspiring role models that help change mindsets.

Supporting women's sport, beyond the pitch

At Golden Palace, women's sport is lived and supported every day. Through our support of RAAL Women, we clearly affirm our ambition: to contribute to the visibility of women's sport and to support those who bring it to life with passion and determination.

This commitment goes beyond sponsorship. It reflects values we uphold daily at Golden Palace : Commitment, discipline, perseverance and balance – qualities that many women put into practice, whether they are elite athletes or not, by combining their professional careers with their sporting passion.

A video that reveals what happens behind the scenes

On the occasion of International Women's Sports Day, we wanted to illustrate this reality through a video that draws parallels between two journeys: Carla, a player for RAAL Women, and Nathalie, HR Director at Golden Palace. Both combine professional life with a commitment to sports – football for one, Qwan Ki Do for the other.

Two different disciplines, one shared commitment.

The video highlights what is not always visible: preparation, organisation, sacrifices, discipline... and above all, the balance between professional life and sporting dedication. Supporting women's sport also means telling these stories, valuing these commitments and giving visibility to those who embody this dynamic, both on and off the pitch.
