Mobility Week 2023

The Week of September 16 to 22, 2023 marked European Mobility Week. Already a key event for more than 20 years, this week is an opportunity to mark our commitment and mobilize for more eco-friendly mobility.

At Golden Palace, we are 100% committed to sustainable mobility! A commitment we put into practice not only during Mobility Week, but throughout the other 51 weeks of the year. How do we do this? By involving and raising the awareness of our employees in a playful way, while at the same time putting in place a series of initiatives to make it easier for them to get around.

In addition to the environmental concerns involved, we are convinced of the positive benefits that alternative means of transport have on the health and well-being of our employees. That's why we've implemented a range of actions to encourage mobility that's both gentle and active.

To avoid the stress of traffic jams and the hassle of car use, our employees have several options. One of these is public transport, with season tickets now available on the "third party payer" system. A real opportunity and, above all, a great way to save money! Another solution, combining ecology and physical activity: bike leasing in partnership with Ubike, which enables them to acquire an electric or classic bike at a reduced price by passing on the total cost to their gross salary.

In addition to these 100% sustainable mobility schemes, new cycling facilities have been created for our cyclists. Parking and showers are now available.

Mobility Week was yet another opportunity for Golden Palace to get its staff involved, with several competitions rewarding those who have already opted for a soft means of transport.
