Golden Palace on the Oxfam Trailwalker

Sunday 28 August marked Golden Palace's first participation in the Oxfam Trailwalker, a walk to raise funds to fight injustice and inequality.

The challenge was a big one as the "easiest" event consisted of walking no less than 25 km as a team. With 20 employees registered, Golden Palace was the company with the largest number of participants!

Divided into 3 teams (although the aim was obviously to walk all together), our sportsmen and women put on their walking shoes for a good cause. The 3 teams were made up of employees from the head office, the Belgian gaming halls and the casino in Boulogne-sur-Mer. A mini international team-building in a way!

Golden Palace is proud to have contributed to this solidarity event. In all, no less than 170 teams from various companies took part in this trail, which raised more than €318,000. These donations will be used directly for the many projects that Oxfam is running around the world.
