Golden Palace highlights its workplace first aiders

On the occasion of the World Day for Safety and Health at Work, Golden Palace Casino Sports Group is putting the spotlight on an initiative that is fully embedded in its internal culture: the training and commitment of its employees as workplace first aiders.

This year, the Group has chosen to dedicate this day to the theme of workplace first aiders, in order to highlight the teams who have been trained and the essential role they play in preventing and managing emergency situations on a daily basis.

Employees trained to respond quickly

At Golden Palace, workplace safety also relies on the ability of teams to react effectively in case of an incident. In 2025, 6 workplace first aid training sessions were organised, complemented by 48 refresher sessions to maintain a high level of preparedness among trained employees.

These trainings ensure that employees acquire and maintain the right reflexes to deal with various situations that may occur in the workplace: discomfort, falls, injuries or any other emergency requiring immediate action.

A concrete role across all locations

Workplace first aiders play a key role across the Group's different sites. Their presence ensures a rapid response when needed and strengthens the overall safety of teams on a daily basis.
This system is supported by the availability of first aid equipment across all sites, ensuring optimal response capacity in all circumstances.

An approach rooted in daily prevention

Beyond training, this initiative is part of a broader culture of risk prevention and continuous awareness among teams. It reinforces a shared responsibility around workplace safety. In the same spirit, defibrillators are available in every gaming hall and at the company's headquarters, ensuring rapid intervention in case of emergency and strengthening the overall prevention framework.

By developing these reflexes within its teams, Golden Palace reaffirms its commitment to creating a working environment where everyone feels responsible for the safety of others; an approach fully aligned with the Group's culture and its commitment as a responsible employer.
