Golden Palace engages itself to World Down Syndrome Day

March 21 marks World Down Syndrome Day, an opportunity to raise awareness and promote the inclusion of people with this genetic difference. At Golden Palace, diversity and respect for differences are essential values that we uphold every day.

A symbolic gesture for an important cause

To mark this day, our employees took part in the Odd Socks campaign, an initiative created by Down Syndrome International. This movement encourages people to wear mismatched socks on March 21, a powerful symbol representing the chromosomal uniqueness of individuals with Down syndrome. A simple yet meaningful gesture that highlights our commitment to inclusion and diversity.

The Golden People in action

At Golden Palace, we believe that every difference is a strength. That's why our teams in Belgium and France joined this initiative by proudly wearing their mismatched socks—a fun and engaged way to show their support for a more inclusive society.

This action aligns with our commitment to fostering a caring and supportive corporate culture, where everyone has their place, no matter their uniqueness. Because inclusion starts with small gestures, we are proud to see our Golden People come together and display their commitment with pride.
