Golden Palace Casino Sports donates €4,598 to Stichting Me To You

Two weeks ago, on Sunday September 24 to be precise, Golden Palace gave up its place on the jersey of its partner club Cercle Brugge for the benefit of the Me To You Foundation.

A particularly important action for the Group, which showed its support for its partner club during this month of blood cancer awareness. Cercle Brugge would have celebrated the 30th birthday of its former goalkeeper, Miguel Van Damme, had he not died of leukemia in March 2022.

An incredible auction of the shirts worn during the September 24 match was organized, with all proceeds going to the foundation. Golden Palace has pledged to double the amount raised by the sale of Cercle Brugge shirts, which ended on Sunday October 1.

It is in this symbolic context that the Golden Palace Casino Sports Group is proud to donate € 4,598 to the Me To You Foundation. This enabled the action to reach the superb final amount of €10,481, which includes the sale of all the jerseys and Golden Palace's contribution.
