Eco-Citizen Day 2025 – A Concrete Commitment to the Environment

Last Thursday, our Golden Palace team in Boulogne-sur-Mer organized a new edition of its Eco-Citizen Day, in collaboration with its customers. This initiative, now firmly rooted in local habits, reflects our Group's ongoing commitment to the environment and the common good.

The morning was dedicated to a beach clean-up operation in Boulogne-sur-Mer. Together, staff and customers joined forces to collect waste along the coastline. This moment of collective action was marked by a friendly and supportive atmosphere, giving everyone a chance to make a tangible contribution to the preservation of local biodiversity.

In the afternoon, the participants took part in an educational hike along the dune trail in Équihen-Plage. This moment of learning and reflection allowed them to (re)discover the natural wealth of the Boulogne coastline while considering the small everyday actions that can help protect it.

At the end of the day, no fewer than three 100-liter bags, completely filled with waste, were collected. This result illustrates the concrete and positive impact that citizen initiatives can have, even on a small scale, when carried out collectively and with conviction.
