Antwerp Giants, champions in our hearts

The final matches got off to a good start with a victory for our Giants on 21 May. Our partner finally lost its lead to Ostend, losing the matches on 23 May and 25 May.

So it was this Saturday that the Belgian title was up for grabs for Antwerp, who unfortunately saw their hopes (and ours) dashed with a final score of 57-81 in favour of Ostend.

They may not have been able to beat the Filou in the final, but they never stop making our hearts beat! Congratulations to our Belgian runners-up!

But nothing's over for them yet, as they've still qualified for the quarter-finals of the BNXT play-offs!

We can look forward to seeing them again on Thursday 1 June against Spirou Charleroi, a match that's sure to get our hearts racing...
